About Us
Frank Ferro
Frank Ferro of F & M Companies is a third generational builder and developer who family has been in business for over 50 years. He has been building and investing in neighborhoods between Mack and Chalmers, specifically Marlborough Estates and the surrounding areas since 2002. The motivation for doing so was to provide Detroit citizens with a quality home and higher standard of living. Over 30 infill homes have been built on existing properties that replaced old dilapidated properties with new ecologically sound homes. Through his efforts, he has put local residents to work, stabilized the area and created an alliance with the local homeowners.
